I'm bringing it back to The Patterson Family's fall photos. I did not have my blog at the time of their shoot, and I've been wanting to blog about it since it's one of my all time favorites.
My grandfather (Papa) on my Mom's side passed away. The silver lining of his passing, was reuniting with my many family members I don't see very often. In my grandma's New York house, we reunited with Karla and her family. We realized we didn't live to far from each other in North Carolina. Shortly after, The Pattersons drove from Raleigh, N.C to Winston-Salem, N.C to take their fall family photos at Old Salem with me.
We had fun exploring the place with her boys. We found some pumpkins, barrels and beautiful little corners filled with fall beauty. Kara dressed them perfectly in color coordinated family outfits based in red and blue tones.
I loved having the time to get to know their family (and my family) better. Karla and boys, thank you so much for asking me to photograph your family! It meant the world to me. I hope you enjoy these photos for many years to come.
